As a site foreman or supervisor, you take responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, lead your team, and ensure that work is carried out safely, professionally, and on schedule. Your responsibilities
- Organising and controlling construction workflows in civil and road engineering
- Scheduling and deployment of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Leading and directing the site workforce
- Coordinating external subcontractors
- Briefing, monitoring, and inspecting work with regard to quality, safety, and deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with labour law and occupational health and safety regulations
- Close coordination with site management and project stakeholders
What you bring
- Completed vocational training in a technical construction trade
- Several years of professional experience in civil or road engineering, ideally as a site foreman or supervisor
- Assertiveness and confident leadership of teams
- A strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
