Senior Site Manager
As Senior Site Manager, you bear overall responsibility for complex structural engineering projects in turnkey construction. You manage projects from pre-construction planning through to handover, lead your project teams, and keep costs, schedules, and quality in focus at all times. In this role, you act as the central interface between clients, project managers, and internal specialist departments, assuming a senior position in project management. This position is aimed at experienced leaders who think entrepreneurially, make decisions confidently, and drive projects to successful completion.

Your responsibilities
Leadership, accountability, and project control
- Overall management and delivery of structural engineering projects in turnkey construction
- Leading project managers and their project teams – depending on project scale, across multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Controlling schedules, quality, and costs across all project phases
- Budget responsibility as well as commercial evaluation and monitoring of ongoing projects
- Primary point of contact for clients and project partners
- Taking on senior management tasks to support regional or divisional leadership
- Ensuring transparent workflows and clear decision-making structures
What you bring
Leadership capability, experience, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Several years of experience in a senior project or site management role in structural engineering
- In-depth knowledge of turnkey construction and project management
- Confident use of cost, billing, and calculation systems (e.g. RIB iTWO)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, a strong sense of responsibility, and decisive leadership
- Clear communication and confident presence with clients and teams
