Team Lead Estimating
As Team Lead Estimating, you hold a central responsibility in project preparation. You lead your team, keep a close eye on costs, quality, and profitability, and lay the groundwork for successful building construction projects. Alongside your managerial role, you contribute operationally to demanding projects and act as the interface between estimating, technical planning, and project development. This position is aimed at experienced professionals who think strategically, work in a structured manner, and combine leadership with technical expertise.

Your responsibilities
Leadership, analysis, and accountability
- Technical and organizational management of the estimating team
- Further development of processes, structures, and team competencies
- Independent cost estimation for building construction projects in shell and turnkey construction
- Analysis and evaluation of tender and project documents
- Commercial evaluation of client requirements and project concepts
- Preparation of bid and budget foundations
- Support during tender negotiations and project handovers
- Plausibility checks of technical building services (MEP) trades
What you bring
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in estimating for building construction, ideally with management responsibility
- Sound knowledge of cost and bid estimation
- Confident use of common estimating and project management software (e.g. RIB iTWO)
- Structured, analytical working style
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence
- Sense of responsibility and team orientation
