Ventilation Fitter
As a Ventilation Fitter in cleanroom technology, you will work on technically demanding projects with high quality and precision requirements. You will install ventilation and air distribution systems, coordinate closely with project and assembly management, and ensure that systems are implemented professionally and on schedule. This position offers a clear development path: those who demonstrate technical expertise and are willing to take on responsibility can gradually advance to the role of Senior Fitter.

Your responsibilities
- Installation of ventilation duct and piping systems in accordance with assembly and execution plans
- Fitting of ventilation and cleanroom components (e.g. ceiling air outlets, volume flow controllers, fire dampers)
- Professional execution of work in compliance with quality and schedule requirements
- Preparation and support for revision and as-built documentation
- Coordination with project and assembly management on site
- Contribution to the continuous optimisation of assembly workflows
What you bring
- Completed apprenticeship in ventilation, heating, or building services engineering (e.g. plumbing and HVAC mechanic, ventilation fitter)
- Alternatively: a trade apprenticeship with relevant experience in ventilation or building services projects
- Career changers with relevant work experience and willingness to undertake further training are welcome
- Willingness to travel for assembly assignments throughout the German-speaking region (weekdays)
- Strong organisational skills, commitment, and a sense of responsibility
- Confident and professional conduct towards clients and project partners
- Category B driving licence
