Quantity Surveyor
As a Quantity Surveyor, you ensure that construction services are accurately recorded, transparently documented and cleanly billed. You work closely with site management and project stakeholders, providing clarity on quantities, costs and progress. This position is aimed at professionals who work in a structured manner, maintain a clear overview and place a high value on accuracy – particularly in ongoing civil and road engineering projects.

Your responsibilities
- Preparing and recording site measurements (Aufmaß) on construction sites
- Carrying out construction billing for civil and road engineering projects
- Supporting site management with cost control and performance reporting
- Creating target/actual comparisons and quantity take-offs
- Reviewing subcontractor and supplier invoices
- Implementing performance and construction specifications
- Maintaining and documenting billing-relevant records
What you bring
- Degree in civil engineering, further qualification as a construction technician, or several years of professional experience in construction billing
- Experience in civil and road engineering or comparable construction projects
- Proficient use of billing and calculation software (e.g. RIB iTWO)
- Structured and meticulous working style
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Team player with clear communication in a project environment
