Site Foreman
As a Site Foreman in structural construction, you are the key interface between planning and execution. You organise workflows on site, lead the trade teams, and ensure that quality, safety, and deadlines are met. This position is aimed at experienced practitioners who take responsibility, know the day-to-day realities of construction, and keep the overview – even when multiple trades are running simultaneously.

Your responsibilities
- Organisation and management of the structural construction workflow on site
- Leadership and coordination of the trade employees
- Scheduling of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Coordination with site management and subcontractors
- Briefing and supervision of work with regard to quality, safety, and deadlines
- Involvement in formwork and site setup concepts
- Supervision of concrete-related work and support with inspection and documentation tasks
- Support with surveying and preparatory work on site
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
What you bring
- Completed foreman or master craftsman qualification in construction, or several years of professional experience as a working foreman with a willingness to develop further
- Experience in structural and above-ground construction
- Assertiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Flexibility and mobility for regional site assignments
