Your responsibilities
- Managing complex bidding and estimating processes
- Assembling and coordinating bid preparation teams
- Contributing to cost estimates in shell and turnkey construction
- Analysis of tenders and customer requirements
- Preparation of bid documents and budgets
- Participation in negotiations and acquisition processes
- Supporting clients and project partners
What you bring
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Several years of experience in cost estimating or project development
- Confident use of estimating software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Structured way of working
