Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology
As an electronics technician for energy and building technology, you ensure that technical systems are operated reliably, safely and properly. You work in ongoing building operations, resolve faults, carry out maintenance work and help ensure that technical processes run smoothly. This position is aimed at specialists who want to work hands-on, take on responsibility and actively support the technical operation of properties.

Your responsibilities
- Technical operational management and maintenance of building services systems
- Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work
- Electrical installation and repair work
- Fault clearance and minor repairs
- Cross-trade support of technical systems
- Carrying out inspections in accordance with DGUV regulations
- Maintaining test, maintenance and inspection reports
- Keeping and updating technical system documentation
- Coordinating external service providers for maintenance and repair work
- Point of contact for users, tenants and internal departments
- Organising and procuring consumables and spare parts
- Participation in the on-call service
What you bring
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for energy and building technology or a comparable electrical engineering qualification
- Professional experience in technical service, facility management or plant operation is an advantage
- Cross-trade technical understanding
- Confident handling of documentation and IT systems
- Structured, reliable and meticulous way of working
- Flexibility, commitment and a sense of responsibility
- Class B driving licence
