Quantity Surveyor
As a Quantity Surveyor, you take on a key role between the construction site, site management and commercial project control. You ensure that services are fully recorded, transparently documented and correctly billed. You keep track of quantities, costs and progress and lay the foundation for transparent project delivery.

Your responsibilities
- Billing of track and railway construction projects
- Preparing and maintaining site measurements (Aufmaß)
- Quantity determination and target/actual comparisons
- Preparation of billing-relevant documents
- Coordination with site management and cost estimating
- Preparation of as-built and billing drawings
- Contributing to project controlling
What you bring
- Degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience in construction billing is an advantage
- Knowledge of billing and estimating software (e.g. RIB iTWO)
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Sense of responsibility and team orientation
