Your responsibilities
- Personal conversations with specialists and executives from the construction industry
- Assessment of qualifications, expectations, and conditions
- Supporting candidates (m/f/d) throughout the entire placement process
- Close coordination with our partner companies
- Maintaining and expanding our candidate and job pool
- Contributing to the development of our recruiting processes and content (e.g. job postings, communication)
What you bring
- Completed degree or vocational training with a focus on human resources or a comparable background
- Several years of experience in recruiting, HR consulting, or HR management
- Enjoyment of conversations and working with people
- Structured working style and a good sense of priorities
- Clear, respectful communication
- Independent working style combined with a team-oriented mindset
