Project Manager Material Flow Management
In material flow management, you ensure that mineral waste is properly recycled, disposed of, and documented. As Project Manager, you bear responsibility for the planning, coordination, and invoicing of corresponding projects. You combine technical, legal, and organisational requirements, working closely with clients, waste disposal companies, authorities, and internal specialist departments. This position is aimed at professionals who work in a structured manner, understand complex interrelationships, and wish to manage environmental projects independently.

Your responsibilities
Project ownership, coordination, and regulatory compliance
- Independent management of projects in material flow and waste management
- Organisation and control of recycling and disposal processes for mineral waste
- Documentation and processing of projects in accordance with applicable waste legislation
- Coordination of the production and utilisation of mineral substitute materials
- Management and maintenance of existing client relationships, as well as involvement in new business acquisition
- Processing, calculation, and follow-up of quotations
- Execution of the electronic proof-of-disposal procedure
- Invoicing of completed projects and maintenance of project-related documentation
What you bring
- Completed degree, e.g. in environmental engineering, geosciences, or civil engineering
- Some experience in material flow, waste disposal, or environmental management is an advantage — recent graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and statutory requirements
- Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse project stakeholders
- Self-directed work ethic and organisational talent
