Site Manager
As a Site Manager, you take responsibility for demanding civil engineering and road construction projects. You coordinate people, machines and processes and ensure that quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness fit together. You keep track of day-to-day project activities and create the conditions for successful delivery on site.

Your responsibilities
- Independent management of civil engineering and road construction projects
- Responsibility for deadlines, quality, costs and revenues
- Coordination of subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Support with claims and cost estimates
- Leading and developing site teams
- Coordination with clients and specialist departments
- Ensuring cost-effective project delivery
What you bring
- Degree in civil engineering or further training as a technician
- Experience in site management is an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident use of project and billing software
- Class B driving licence
