Your responsibilities
- Cost estimating for interior fit-out and building envelope works
- Analysis of tender documents
- Preparation of bills of quantities
- Quantity take-offs and budget planning
- Assessment of technical requirements
- Obtaining and reviewing price quotations
- Preparation of commercial project assessments
What you bring
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Experience in cost estimating is an advantage
- Confident use of estimating software
- Analytical thinking
- Careful way of working
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
