Your responsibilities
- Cost estimating for shell construction works
- Evaluation of tenders and bills of quantities
- Determination of quantities and costs
- Preparation of budgets and bid documents
- Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor offers
- Support with contract awards and contract conclusions
What you bring
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Experience in construction cost estimating is an advantage
- Knowledge of RIB iTWO or comparable software
- Commercial understanding
- Structured and independent way of working
