Your responsibilities
- Management of turnkey construction projects
- Awarding subcontractor services
- Responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines
- Claims management and contract control
- Coordination of all project stakeholders
- Point of contact for clients and planning partners
- Leading project and site teams
- Ensuring occupational safety
What you bring
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Experience in project management in building construction
- Organisational talent and a sense of responsibility
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Structured way of working
