Branch Manager
As Branch Manager, you are responsible for establishing and developing a structural and bridge engineering division. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on proximity to project operations and build the structures that enable complex infrastructure projects to be delivered successfully. Beyond technical and commercial management, you lead your team and actively shape the regional market position. This role is aimed at personalities who think entrepreneurially, take ownership, and are equally capable of leading people and projects.

Your responsibilities
- Establishing, leading, and developing the structural and bridge engineering team in the region
- Overall responsibility for tendering, acquisition, and negotiation strategies
- Expanding existing and building new business relationships in the regional market
- Analysing market potential and deriving regional strategies
- Leading contract award and contract negotiations
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, development, and motivation of the team
- Responsibility for results, profitability, and sustainable business growth of the division
What you bring
- Completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
- Several years of strategic and operational experience in structural or bridge engineering
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable role
- Entrepreneurial mindset, decisive judgement, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and familiarity with the regional market
