As a Building Services Technician in the HVAC/P sector, you ensure the reliable operation of building technical systems. You handle maintenance, upkeep, and fault resolution, keeping heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems running smoothly. This position is aimed at skilled professionals who enjoy hands-on work, take ownership, and want to ensure the technical operations of properties day to day.

Your responsibilities
- Technical operation and maintenance of HVAC/P systems
- Carrying out maintenance, inspection, and repair work
- Fault diagnosis and resolution, including minor repairs
- Cross-trade management of building services systems
- Maintaining inspection, maintenance, and service reports
- Updating and managing technical system documentation
- Coordinating external service providers for maintenance and repair work
- Acting as point of contact for users, tenants, and internal stakeholders
- Organising and procuring consumables and spare parts
- Participation in on-call duty
What you bring
- Completed vocational training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or plumbing
- Several years of professional experience in technical building operations is an advantage
- Cross-trade technical understanding
- Basic IT skills and experience with documentation
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented work style
- Reliability, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Class B driving licence
Details regarding deployment areas, on-call arrangements, and organisational framework conditions will be agreed individually.
