Team Leader Building Services Engineering (TGA)
As Team Leader TGA, you take on responsibility for the technical and organisational management of a planning team in the field of Building Services Engineering. You coordinate demanding projects, ensure high-quality planning, and keep schedules, costs, and technical requirements in balance. In this role you combine your technical expertise with strong leadership skills and collaborate closely with clients, internal departments, and external project stakeholders. This position is aimed at experienced TGA professionals who want to take on responsibility, develop teams, and manage complex projects in a structured way.

Your responsibilities
- Technical and organisational leadership of the TGA team (HVAC and electrical engineering)
- Management and coordination of TGA projects across various service phases
- Ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost targets
- Technical support in planning, concept development, and implementation
- Main point of contact for clients, specialist planners, subcontractors, and internal interfaces
- Further development of the team, conducting performance reviews, and promoting professional qualifications
- Resource and capacity planning within the team
- Evaluation of technical concepts, tenders, and change orders
- Participation in the commercial assessment of projects
What you bring
- Completed engineering or technician qualification in the field of TGA, building services, or electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in TGA planning or project management
- Initial management experience or the motivation to take on this responsibility
- Thorough knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN, VDI, VOB)
- Confident use of common project and calculation software (e.g. RIB iTWO)
- Sound knowledge of TGA calculation programmes
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
