Project Manager
As Project Manager Electrical Engineering, you will take on technical and organisational responsibility for electrical engineering trades within complex construction projects. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage planning offices, and ensure that all electrical work is delivered on time, to quality, and on budget. Working closely with the overall project management team, you will develop technical solutions, support contract and claims management, and act as the key point of contact for planners, subcontractors, and clients in all matters relating to electrical engineering.

Your responsibilities
- Technical and organisational management of electrical engineering trades in large-scale projects
- Commissioning, directing, and coordinating external planning offices
- Participation in contract and subcontractor negotiations as well as in the selection of appropriate construction methods
- Development of technical solutions and preparation of alternative and value-engineering proposals
- Supporting the overall project management in claims and contract management
- Coordination of planners, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders
- Ensuring technical, scheduling, and quality-related execution of electrical trades
- Preparation, support, and supervision of inspections and commissioning
- Technical advisory support for internal stakeholders and clients on electrical engineering matters
- Supporting the estimating team with cost calculations for electrical engineering services
What you bring
Electrical engineering expertise and project management experience
- Completed training or degree in electrical engineering (engineer, master craftsman, or technician)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable project management role
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. DIN, VDE, VOB)
- Confident use of common project management, billing, and estimating software (e.g. RIB iTWO)
- Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner when engaging with project stakeholders
- Willingness to travel and flexibility within the project environment
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
