As a Site Foreman in railway construction, you take responsibility for demanding construction workflows within active or planned rail operations. You coordinate people, machinery, and processes under stringent safety and scheduling requirements.

Your responsibilities
- Planning and managing construction workflows in track and railway engineering
- Coordinating staff, equipment, and material deployment
- Liaising with site management, clients, project stakeholders, and subcontractors
- Working within defined possession windows and safety slots
- Monitoring execution with regard to quality, deadlines, and safety requirements
- Leading on-site trade teams
- Ensuring compliance with railway-specific occupational and safety regulations

What you bring
Experience, reliability, and a broad perspective
- Completed vocational training in the construction sector or a comparable background
- Several years of experience as a site foreman, ideally in track or railway construction
- Confident handling of complex construction processes and high safety requirements
- A strong sense of responsibility and decisive decision-making
- Clear communication and a respectful leadership style
- Structured working approach and strong organisational skills
