Plant Manager
As Plant Manager of an asphalt mixing plant, you are responsible for smooth, safe, and cost-efficient plant operations. You manage the daily production workflow, keep track of materials, equipment, and processes, and ensure that quality and availability are maintained at all times. This position is aimed at experienced practitioners who combine technical expertise, organisational talent, and leadership responsibility.

Your responsibilities
- Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of an asphalt mixing plant
- Control of the production process including plant operation
- Ensuring material supply and dispatching of raw materials
- Coordination of deliveries, loading, and production
- Operation and monitoring of the vehicle weighbridge
- Ensuring proper and safe plant operations
- Leading and organising plant-area personnel
- Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
Your profile
- Completed technical or trade qualification, e.g. as a plant mechanic, metalworker, mechatronics technician, or automotive mechanic
- Several years of experience in plant operations or in a managerial role within a production environment
- Technical understanding of machinery and production processes
- Confident handling of computer-based documentation
- Leadership ability, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Commitment and strong organisational skills
