Ihre Aufgaben
- Identifikation und Bewertung von Nachtragspotenzialen
- Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Nachtragsangeboten
- Unterstützung bei Vertrags- und Nachtragsverhandlungen
- Analyse gestörter Bauabläufe
- Dokumentation vertragsrelevanter Sachverhalte
- Unterstützung des projektbezogenen Schriftverkehrs
- Nachverfolgung offener Nachträge
Das bringen Sie mit
- Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Baumanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement
- Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht und der VOB
- Sicherer Umgang mit RIB iTWO oder vergleichbaren Systemen
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
